Armor Tool Auto-Adjust Horizontal T-Track Clamp is fitted with a 5/16" T-Bolt that inserts and tightens into most 1/4" and 5/16" T-Track. Clamp rotates 360 degrees, allowing for a wide range of clamping applications.  Eliminating the need for constant readjustment and enabling the clamp to maintain clamping pressure regardless of the material thickness.  The spindle adjusts horizontally and vertically to apply consistent pressure over a range of material thicknesses up to 59mm (2.33"). The integrated clamping adjustment screw is used to create a wide range of clamping pressures, 25-150 lbs.
Rotate the screw clockwise to decrease the pressure and counterclockwise to increase it.  When engaging the clamp, set push bar against material and press down on the handle. Fits most 1/4" and 5/16" T-Track, please check the fitment with your specific type of track.
  • Versatile 5/16" T-Bolt connects to most 1/4" and 5/16" T-Track including INCRA T-Track, Woodpecker Track and JessEm Mast-R-Fence II
  • Adjustable clamping force: 25-150 lbs.
  • Clamping height: 59mm (2.33")
  • Clamp pivots 360 degrees, and rotating lock knob secures clamp to T-Track
  • Spindle adjusts horizontally and vertically for quick versatile setups
  • Large horizontal handle for maximum grip and comfort

*Please note this clamp does not fit JessEm Excel II Inset Table Track

Well designed, strong and well made clamp

Seems a pretty good 3rd hand! The clamp is pretty solid and well designed....I like the fact that it can clamp a range of thicknesses without necessarily having to change it...and also that clamping pressure is adjustable. I’m using this on my pillar drill where the job it has to do is generally either to stop material being pulled up by the drill bit, or to stop the workpiece rotating if a drill bit catches.
The clamp does this perfectly. As you’ll see from the picture the clamp can either go into one of the two main T slots or can be used in an auxiliary ‘fence’ where it can slide anywhere along the length of that fence. The two hold down knobs for that fence are elongated so the fence can go at a range of angles either against a workpiece or away from it. Using a fence like this means that I think only one clamp will be sufficient in most situations. Also the clamp is raised by the thickness of the clamp which enable it to accommodate thicker workpieces.
Perhaps a bit on the expensive side but it’s much better made than most clamps and the cost is justified in my mind by its adaptability. I’m happy I bought this and would buy it again if the situation required a clamp like this.
