Shown with an optional INCRA Miter 1000SE mounted and ready, the INCRA Miter Express offers any miter gauge owner the safest and most accurate cross-cutting and mitering platform available.

The fast "Dock and Lock" System securely locks your miter gauge in just seconds. It eliminates all side play with our patented miter channel expansion technology. Even the least expensive miter gauges will experience a tremendous performance boost when docked on top of the Miter Express.

Features

  • Doubles Any Miter Gauge's Crosscut Range Up to 24"
  • Safely Handles Both Extra Large and Extra Small Workpieces
  • Eliminates All Side Play Between Table Saw's Miter Slot and Any Miter gauge
  • Dual Embedded T-Tracks Secure the Included INCRA Hold-down Clamp and Other Mitering Accessories
  • Eliminates All Drag Between Workpiece and Table Saw, ESPECIALLY for Extra Large Workpieces Superb Crosscut & Mitering Control

Doubles Any Miter Gauge's Crosscut Capacity to 24" and Securely Holds Even the Smallest Workpieces for Safe Accurate Cuts

The crosscut capacity of any miter gauge is safely doubled to more than 24" when docked on top of the Miter Express. For these extra-large crosscuts, the non-drag support provided by the sliding panel, along with the extra holding power of the included Hold Down Clamp adds much needed stability and control.

As shown, the same INCRA Hold Down Clamp also keeps your fingers comfortably away from the blade when cutting workpieces that are too small to safely hold by hand.

The Miter Express also includes an Outboard Fence Support that locks behind your fence in  one of the two T-Slots, providing even more rigidity for all operations.

Assembles easily and 2 cuts give you zero clearance forever
The sliding main panel and the locking drop-off support panel are each trimmed with one simple cut during assembly for a perfect fit on YOUR table saw. The result is true Zero-Clearance Tearout Control on BOTH sides of the blade. T

he Miter Express is instantly removable from your saw table when making rip cuts or other operations that don't require a sled. And thanks to INCRA's quick release feature, your miter gauge undocks from the Express in seconds whenever you want to use your gauge on another tool such as a router table or sanding station.

Amazingly successful conversion for my ("site") table saw

I am now extremely happy with this as safe way of making very accurate cuts for making small drawers.
I am using it on a Dewalt 7491 "site" saw , so only a poor quality mitre slot, which in combination with the miter sled this was really bad to set up and I ruined the hex in the mitre adjustment screws in the process -they are just too tiny for the task. In despair straightened the mitre slot with sand paper round a block of wood (which just fitted) and I used insulation tape along the length of the mitre bar to make it fit. The result is excellent. Vastly increases the usefulness of the saw and gives me the safety and accuracy I sought relative to my sliding mitre saw for cutting small pieces accurately and safely. I now understand why in the US the table saw is the mainstay of the woodworking shop ,
I think two Incra clamps will be useful.
I can see a role for this as a large capacity coping sled on the router table

    Great piece of kit

This is a beautifully engineered piece of equipment. The level of engineering is outstanding. This makes my table saw more flexible and far safer. Only one minor gripe which is the rail that fits into the miter slot. Incra makes such a great rail (with the nylon expansion rings) and it is a pity this is not used for the jig. They system they provide does work but is not so elegant.
Expensive but worth it as far as I am concerned.
