Miro-Moose 8" Handscrew Clamp

by Miro-Moose

This classic 8" cabinetmaker's bench handscrew clamp is for gluing and assembly.

It has a deep throat and can be used to apply a broad area of evenly distributed pressure or concentrated at one point of contact. Durable, oiled, hard maple jaws will not mar the work and are less likely to slip than steel jaws. Drawn carbon steel screws pivot to allow the jaws to grip nonparallel surfaces. Jaw length: 8"; throat depth: 4"; open capacity: 5".

Wooden Handscrew

Really useful for holding workpieces to router/saw table sleds securely and quickly releases when changing to next workpiece. Chunky construction with robust screws.

Very effective clamping device.

An excellent tool

This was bought after acquiring an Incra LS positioner and router table. The demo videos for Incra made use of this type of clamp, and they appear to be very strong with a positive grip.

Mine was delivered very promptly, and has more than lived up to my expectations. It is extremely well made, and gives the feeling that it is a clamp for life. It is very easy to adjust, and once clamped, everything stays firmly put.

Great tool

Having been bought an ibox jig as a birthday present I needed a clamp to hold my boards in place, so I purchased the Pinnacle Clamp. It has an excellent build quality and I consider it to be good value for £30. It does exactly what it is meant to do - no more - no less. I think it is probably a tool that will last long enough to be passed down to the next generation. So clearly, for me at least, it was a very good buy.

well worth the money

quality product and very well finished, its a great companion to the incra router table.
