AUKTools ACCU Lift

The premium AUKTools ACCU Lift features a unique Press & Pop Pure Air Insert Ring System for inserting and removing perfectly flat steel rings instantly - no tools required. Combined with quick above-table cutter changing, it's one of the quickest and easiest router lifts to use on the market.

The ACCU Lift delivers fast, precise and convenient above-table height adjustments and cutter changes, with Pure Air dust removal from below. Its front-edge height adjustment and locking mechanism allow full precision adjustment with no interference from the router fence - a key advantage over other lifts.

A dual-sealed bearing spindle system controls the flawless rise and fall of the lift. The supplied crank handle with metric bezel scale allows accurate, repeatable height setting.

The solid 9.5 mm aluminium top plate is precision-ground and hard-anodised black, producing a hard-wearing surface that will not flex or bend. Clear laser-engraved scales allow quick and accurate fence positioning, and engraved cutter rotation and feed direction arrows improve safety and help prevent kickback.

Height-adjustable screws and magnets secure the pioneering Pure Air Insert Rings in place, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted work. Each ring is laser-cut for tight-tolerance cutter clearance and maximum work support, with a solid blank ring that protects the motor and provides an extra flush working surface.

The demilune half-moon slots in the rings provide enhanced dust removal when used with the AUKTools Pure Air under-table extraction system, keeping your workshop clean and healthy.
The 235 mm × 298 mm plate's levelling system guarantees flawless alignment within AUKTools and JessEm router tabletops for seamless workflow.
