Price Match Promise
We pride ourselves on our customer service and value for money. Occasionally you may find an item cheaper somewhere else. Please give us the opportunity to price match so you can enjoy our product knowledge, customer backup, and competitive pricing.
Please email sales@woodworkersworkshop.co.uk with the following information:
• A link or screenshot of the product you have found currently available.
We will match or beat the price, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Terms and Conditions
The lower-priced product must be:
• Identical in make, model, size, colour, and specification to the one on our website;
• In stock and ready for delivery with a UK retailer;
• Available to order and pay for within the UK that same day, and
• You need to be eligible to purchase from the competitor
Price matches are not available for items that are:
• Reduced to clear;
• Part of a multi-buy promotion;
• Membership-only or trade prices (including loyalty and reward schemes);
• 3rd party marketplace seller prices;
• Flash sales;
• Discounted by voucher or promo code;
• Obvious pricing errors, and
• All Harvey machinery is excluded.
Seven-Day Price Match Refund
If you find the same product cheaper within 7 days of your purchase from us, you can request a refund for the difference. How it works:
• Email sales@woodworkersworkshop.co.uk with proof of the lower price (screenshot or photo) and your order details.
• If your claim meets our terms and conditions, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
• The 7-day period runs from the date of order payment, not delivery.
We’ll even match our own prices!
If we reduce the same product on our website within 7 days of your purchase from us, you can claim back the difference under the same process — simply email us as above, quoting your order number.
All requests are handled quickly and fairly under our Price Match Terms and Conditions above, so you’ll always pay the best possible price with confidence.
