Woodpeckers 2" Rule Stop

I thought this wouldn’t be that useful but I recently have been building wardrobes/drawers and cabinets and this combined with the 600mm and 300mm woodpeckers rulers is amazing. They are expensive but well worth the money even after just one weeks work. Everything turns out square and true no guesswork involved. I would buy this again if I lost it. I use this also as a kind of T square to get right angle lines off a straight edge it works if you make sure the ruler stop is properly flush on the reference edge. One improvement would be a wider stock so it would work as a t square .
Definitely 10/10 for it as it is though!! What is great is you only pay the expense once and now I can look forward to having all that accuracy on future jobs!

For the price I was expecting an excellent performance, it sometimes straight sometimes splits, it doesn't seems to like longer ruler..

A useful item to go with the steel ruler and get consistent measurements

Delighted with this product. Exactly what I was looking for. Yes it's not cheap, but I am in no doubt will last a long time due to the parts and materials.
Only wish is that Woodworkers Workshop had more Woodpecker items.

This is a nice little tool, well made and very handy to use. Like almost all Woodpecker kit it's quite pricey but the quality is there and that's worth paying a premium for. It makes a very good substitute for the 'square' aspect of a combination square - so much so that my combi has been virtually retired.

I'm currently working on some knock-down cabinets and need to mark out the wide panels, and this little beauty has really come into its own, in combination with the 600mm rule. I can set it to the width I want, to produce a series of perfectly consistent marks or, with care, use the combination like a T-square for ruling lines perpendicular to an edge. So well engineered, it's a pleasure to use and just one more example of Woodpecker quality.
It's hard to imagine buying a Woodpecker tool and being anything other than highly delighted with it.

Nicely made

This exceptionally well made and beautifully finished stop adds enormously to the usefulness and accuracy of all the Woodpeckers 2" wide rules. It is a superb accessory, totally square to the rule and does exactly as claimed.

The Woodpeckers rules and rulestop have replaced my Stanley combination square. It's much easier to adjust than my worn traditional combi, can be used with different length rulers, and was perfectly square to the rule right out of the box.

One of those small very good ideas that actually works. ..a treat.
