  • Height adjustable bushing blocks contain two 3/8" steel drill guides that can be repositioned for drilling boards from 1/2” up to 1-1/2” thick
  • Drill guides adjust horizontally to position holes between 3/4” and 3” apart
  • Removable dust extraction works with common 2-1/2” and 27/32mm hoses
  • All-steel toggle clamp with micro-adjust non-marring clamp-head dials in perfect clamping pressure for different board thicknesses

A great solid jig

I was previously an ardent fan of kreg jigs. That is until now. This is a fantastically solid piece of kit that can easily be mountable or removed as necessary and placed on individual pieces requiring a pocket hole. The difference between this and the KREG jig is the fact that it's obviously made of solid aluminium and feels more premium, but also it uses torx screws rather than square-headed and this really does help with CAM out. By the way, if you want to use slightly thicker wood IE 44 mm instead of the stated maximum of 38 mm, then it simply a case of removing the M8 bolt in the clamp and replacing it with a slightly smaller one. I used a 40 mm M8 and this allowed me to clamp larger pieces into the jig.. although it shouldn't count, I think that the way that the jig is packaged certainly gives a premium feel. And I have no hesitation in recommending this jig if you want to have something last for ages and you can probably pass it onto your children. This is the best jig that I have used for pocket holes in the last 10 years. You will not regret it.
