JessEm – Pioneers of the Router Lift

JessEm invented the router lift and have continued to develop their router table systems around precision, durability and practical workshop use. Their premium components are manufactured and assembled at JessEm’s facility in Canada, reflecting the precision and build quality for which JessEm is known.

At the heart of this package is their flagship Mast-R-Lift Excel II – an integrated router table top and precision lift that brings JessEm’s router lift engineering into one substantial assembly.

Mast-R-Lift Excel II – Integrated Top & Precision Lift

The Mast-R-Lift Excel II combines a substantial 19mm solid phenolic table top with JessEm’s built-in metric Sidewinder lift, removing the need for a separate router plate. The phenolic top will not deform and is impenetrable to moisture, helping prevent swelling, rusting and other water damage.

At 812 x 610mm (32" x 24"), with an opening capable of accommodating router cutters up to 90mm diameter, it provides a substantial and versatile working platform.

The metric Sidewinder puts cutter height adjustment conveniently at the side of the table, clear of the fence, feather boards and workpiece. Its responsive dual gearbox and aluminium handwheel provide smooth, positive adjustment, with one revolution raising or lowering the lift by 4mm.

Once the cutter height is set, the built-in CAM Lock eliminates backlash or settling during routing. The low-profile lift also allows router cutters to be changed above the table, eliminating the need for under-table adjustments.

JessEm Tab-Loc insert rings lock directly into the aluminium mounting assembly and can be changed with a single turn of the two-prong insert wrench. A flush-fitting anodised aluminium T-slot/mitre track incorporates both 1/4" and 3/4" slots for compatible feather boards, mitre gauges and other router table accessories.

Precision Fence & Workpiece Control

The JessEm TA Fence complements the accuracy of the Mast-R-Lift Excel II with a precisely engineered router fence manufactured to exacting tolerances for long-lasting precision. It also incorporates JessEm’s offset jointer feature.

JessEm Clear-Cut Stock Guides improve the consistency and safety of router table work. Their dual-action design can replace up to four conventional feather boards and provides a quick setup for different routing operations.

Power to Match the System

Our AUKTools 2400w Router Motor provides the power and control required for demanding router table work.

Running on 230V power, the high-torque motor provides variable speed from 10,000–20,000 RPM. Premium ER20 collets provide increased cutter grip with reduced runout, helping extend cutter and bearing life.

The quiet-running motor uses premium bearings and comes with a pre-wired remote variable-speed control unit, isolator and NVR (No Volt Release) switch for convenient control at the router table.

Stable Support with Easy Repositioning

The heavy-duty JessEm Steel Router Table Stand is constructed from 14-gauge steel with a durable black satin textured powder-coated finish, providing a substantial base for the router table.

The JessEm Multi-Purpose Caster Set allows the complete router table to be moved and repositioned around the workshop when required, particularly useful where space is limited or machines need to be moved between operations.

Dual-Intake Dust Collection

The JessEm Dual Intake Dust Box is manufactured using 18 gauge steel and powder coated with a black satin textured finish. To complement the Dust Box the package also includes the JessEm Hose Adapter Kit and AUKTools Dust Hood. The dual air intake system allows for your motor to constantly run while pulling in only fresh cool air from outside the box. Together, the dual-intake arrangement helps capture waste close to where it is produced for a cleaner, more practical router table setup.
