Cutting on your mitre saw or chop saw just got safer with the FastCap 10 Million Dollar Stick. Designed to keep your hands away from the blade and out of harm’s way, this injection moulded unique shape helps you safely hold your small piece while cutting.
The wishbone shape has rubber feet on all three ends. This allows you to set your piece, and then place the 10 Million Dollar Stick with one foot on the piece, one foot on the saw plate and the other out to the side for firm pressure. Hold the piece firmly against the fence and make the cut. For wider parts, use in the opposite position. The single-end will be nearer the blade and the wishbone side out to provide steady pressure as you make the cut.

Just the job keeps fingers away from blade
Was aware of this stick for a while. Finally decided that I should make the purchase and so glad I did, immediately felt a lot safer when making cuts. There are always home made work arounds that you could use but when you use a well designed "proper tool", it just feels right.

Unused as yet, but happy to have it available for use when needed. 5 stars for materials and design. Looks and feels the part it is supposed to play. Worth the price.
Really great tool to hold those small pieces when cutting on the Mitre Saw
If you love you fingers, you need to have this tool - awesome.
Fingers are useful both to wipe one's bum and pick the nose. 10 million dollar stick helps to retain the fingers for these daily necessary tasks
The Fastcap stick is a great idea and easy to use. My only gripe is on price. It should retail for less than £15 in my view. There are hundreds of copies online so this should tell you something about your pricing.

Very easy to use, if you have small pieces simply turn it around to use the single end. It feels really secure and saves me time and material by using it instead of clamping sacrificial timber to hold small pieces in place for cutting. I love the fact my 'sausage like' fingers stay well away from the blade.
One can never have too many push sticks and this one works very well indeed.
This would have had a 5 star rating if it was made in the UK and not China.
There must be British manufacturers capable of making this item.

Good robust safety device
Wish I had heard about this product sooner. Had a relative nearly lost her fingers using a power mitre saw. This could have prevented that injury. Superb product.

A simple but brilliant idea, anything that improves safety without impacting on efficiency without costing an arm an a leg; in more ways than one. (although if you lose a leg in a miter saw maybe it's time to quit woodworking).
I was so impressed I bought one for work as well as one for my home workshop.
A very simple but vital piece of equipment for anyone with a Mitre Saw. It allows you to work on small pieces, but importantly keeps your fingers well away from the blade. Its construction allows firm grip on your workpiece.
For the price it really is a no brainer.

I've took chances on a mitre saw and been lucky. At some time in the future my luck will run out and I like my fingers, this product solves a potential accident. It really is a no brianer
FastCap 10 Million Dollar Stick
This is a first class idea, and perfect if you have a stationary mitre saw with in and out feed platforms, however for portable saws like mine the handle is too long and hangs out over the bed of my festool saw, making it useless in my case. A shorter version would be great. I give it 5 stars though because it is a very good safety aid.

So many close calls through occasional thoughtlessness, tiredness and getting distracted even laziness. No more though. What a simple but brilliant idea. Easy to use and if I make a mistake the 10 million dollar stick feels the sharp edge, not me.
Worth every penny
I bought two of these ( for two sites) after watching StumpyNubs Utube video. Seems a good idea and safer than my usual trick of wedging a small piece against the mitre saw fence with a stick.
