Description

Woodpeckers 641 square packs the features of their best-selling 1281 into more compact size. Unlike most squares on the market, the 641 has a one-piece central core which is precisely machined to be within ±.0085° of 90°. On both sides of that central core, Woodpeckers pin precision-machined cheeks flush with the base and 1/4" (6.35mm) back from the inside edge. This forms a shoulder that keeps the square registered to your material without you holding it in place. Whether you're setting up machines, laying out joinery or checking parts as they go together, the 641 square is the one you want for every step of your project.

The metric scales on the 641 are laser engraved to a tolerance of 0.1mm (0.004") total accumulated error over the length of the blade. The outside scale is ideal for setting tooling heights. The inside scale gives you a perfect zero reference from the edge of your stock.

Each square comes with a wall-mountable Rack-It to keep your Precision Woodworking Square right in plain sight and always ready to go to work.

Lovely bit of kit

This is just what I have been looking for, very nicely machined and solid, do wish I stumped the extra cash for the 200mm version but tbh it is adequate size for what I am using it for. The case is nice and keeps it safe!

Staggeringly good service, the shipment arrived from Canada at the Wood Workers Workshop warehouse on the Tuesday, went out by post on Wednesday and arrived with my brother in West Wales on Friday morning ! Fantastic all round service!

I've never used Wood Workers Workshop before but have been aware of them for a few years. After spending a long time researching router tables I took the plunge and ordered an Incra top, LS Positioner and router lift, complete with the larger AUKTools router motor. Everything arrived the next day and was packaged superbly. The products are really well made and the router is very powerful and quiet compared to my old one. I had one minor issue with the LS Positioner (an Incra issue, not WWW) and it was resolved very quickly at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company and the quality products that they stock. There is nowhere else selling woodworking equipment of this quality in the UK. I will be back for more! :-)

Best customer service

This company has the best customer service I can remember receiving. I emailed a query tangentially related to the product and got a comprehensive reply by return. I ordered the product on.a Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. The Incra products are of course excellent quality. Only a shame they use imperial fasteners, but I did find I could run am M6 tap through the 1/4 X 20 hole in the sliding washer with no obvious I'll effect so I could fit a Bristol knob to the sliding extension adjustment.
