Central to the design is SawStop’s Active Injury Mitigation (AIM) safety system, which detects skin contact, stops the blade in under 5 milliseconds, and drops it below the table to significantly reduce the risk of serious injury. Precision is further enhanced by the One-Turn Elevation system, enabling rapid and accurate blade height adjustments with a single rotation of the handwheel. The solid T-style fence, secured by the ErgoLock system, delivers smooth positioning, dependable locking, and a rip capacity of up to 648mm, with a low-profile fence face and an on-demand shelf providing additional support and control when working with thinner or wider stock.
