Verum Small Roller

A simple small roller that works very well. Use it to flatten the 3M films of my Scary Sharp system, does a great job of eliminating those pesky air bubbles between the float glass and the films.

I bought this small roller for fixing sharpening film to a piece of float glass. It works brilliantly - just what’s needed to get a smooth, flat surface with no air bubbles.

There isn’t a great deal. You can say about this product, but it does what it’s supposed to do. It’s small compact good quality if I need another one I would buy one

I’m totally new to Scary Sharpening and when looking for the right kit you’re inundated with choice however one item that was highly recommended on various websites was a roller to get the film totally flat.
I absolutely agree. The roller removes all those little air bubbles that can accumulate under the surface.

I’ve been using the Scary Sharp System for a while now and it’s very good - the best sharpening method for me. The only problem I was having was applying the film to the glass without getting bubbles. I did try it with my hands, but it’s not a patch on this roller. Yes, it’s actually meant to be used for inking and printing, but it works really well to put pressure on the 3M micro finishing film. For the time being, I plan to stick with Scary Sharp, so this roller will help a lot (already has!) and it’s great value too.

I have used this several times on various cluing applications in the workshop, and am very pleased with its performance. Works great for applying scroll saw cut out templates.

This roller was purchased to spread wood glue and it certainly doesn't disappoint. Smooth and wide enough to be able to spread glue quickly and accurately. A great product!
