Good value handclamp, took a little while to get used to using this, but I now find it very easy and it does a great job

Like most other woodworkers I have dozens of clamps of all shapes and sizes; so why did I just buy six Verum's?
The simple answer was that WWW had a 24 hour offer on a type of clamp that I had never used or even seen being used, (and if I bought six, I got free delivery!).
Now that they are in my workshop and, having found a place and a way to stow them, I am discovering for myself why they are on the market.
My conclusion after a couple of weeks, is that unlike any of my existing clamps, they are "clampable" clamps. In my bench vice they can hold the piece I am working on in any position I need. I can clamp them to my bench top to hold long and/or odd shaped pieces and, of course, I can use them just like any other clamp.
Finally, they are well made, strong, good to handle and remarkably good value - I will enjoy working with them!

I bought 2 to use with an Ibox jig and they are the most suitable type for that purpose. Well made. I am sure I will find many more uses for them.

Really useful for holding workpieces to router/saw table sleds securely and quickly releases when changing to next workpiece. Chunky construction with robust screws.

Very effective clamping device.

This was bought after acquiring an Incra LS positioner and router table. The demo videos for Incra made use of this type of clamp, and they appear to be very strong with a positive grip.

Mine was delivered very promptly, and has more than lived up to my expectations. It is extremely well made, and gives the feeling that it is a clamp for life. It is very easy to adjust, and once clamped, everything stays firmly put.

Having been bought an ibox jig as a birthday present I needed a clamp to hold my boards in place, so I purchased the Verum Clamp. It has an excellent build quality and I consider it to be good value for £30. It does exactly what it is meant to do - no more - no less. I think it is probably a tool that will last long enough to be passed down to the next generation. So clearly, for me at least, it was a very good buy.
