Description

Designed for Full Dado Stack Compatibility

When fitting a full 3/4" dado stack to a SawStop or Laguna Fusion table saw, there is often insufficient shaft length to use both the standard arbor washer and arbor nut together. The Woodpeckers Dado Nut solves this issue by combining both components into a single integrated unit.

Maintains Stability and Cut Quality

Removing the arbor washer can compromise blade stability and affect cut quality. The Dado Nut retains the support of a precision-machined washer while still allowing full engagement of the arbor nut threads.

Integrated Arbor Nut and Washer Design

The threads extend almost completely through the washer body, while the arbor nut is retained within the assembly. This design provides the stability of a machined washer without taking up additional arbor space.

Simple Installation

No special tools or modifications are required. The Dado Nut installs using the standard SawStop arbor wrenches and directly replaces the factory arbor washer and arbor nut.

Built for Repeated Use

Manufactured on CNC Swiss lathes from heat-treated steel, the Dado Nut is held to strict tolerances for flatness and thread accuracy to withstand repeated installation and blade changes.

Compatible Beyond Dado Work

Many users also choose to use the Dado Nut with standard saw blades due to the convenience and smooth blade changes provided by the integrated design.

Compatibility Notes

The Dado Nut uses 5/8"-12 TPI right-hand Acme threads and is designed for SawStop table saws built after 2014. It may also fit some compatible left-tilt saws with matching thread specifications. It is not compatible with saws using left-hand threads, including most right-tilt saws.
