Nickel-Plated Cast Iron Table

The smooth ground 800 x 1120mm cast iron table and trunnion have undergone a chemical nickel-plating process bonding the nickel layer thickly to the base material, significantly enhancing its durability and resistance to corrosion and wear, keeping your investment in perfect condition inside and out. The tabletop also features two 19mm mitre tracks, one each side of the saw blade.

BIG EYE Rip Fence System

The best-in-class Big Eye Rip Fence System features eight rollers with bearings that effortlessly glide along the two hardened and ground steel rods with zero clearance, resulting in exceptional accurate fence movement (0.15mm in full length). The roller dial can be used for micro-adjusting the fence position into the desired setting. The ambidextrous fence can be used on the left or right side of the blade and features two K9 crystal glass window viewers. One on each side of the fence depending on which side of the blade you are cutting from. These exceptional quality viewers reduce parallax when reading the mm scale.

MG-36Pro COMPASS Mitre Gauge

Uniquely designed with a Quick-Action positive angle setting device which allows you to set commonly used angles of ±60°, ±45°, ±30°, ±22.5°, ±15°, and 0° with a simple click. Any other angle can also be set and locked. The crosscut fence extends from 570mm to 915mm and is equipped with an accurate flip stop. The mitre bar has 5 adjustable nylon guides along its length to ensure zero deflection in the two tracks, either side of the saw blade. The micro-adjustable flip fence can extend over a sacrificial fence for perfect results every cut.

Unique Dovetail Structured & Nickle-Plated Trunnion

The blade is elevated by a heavy-duty dovetail trunnion system which provides smoothness and greater cutting accuracy, with less vibration. The 45-degree left-leaning blade tilt angle is adjusted by a worm gear trunnion system with massive cast iron block making the blade tilting smoother and more accurate.

Harvey Compass ST-1500 Sliding Table

The Compass ST-1500 Sliding Table is the culmination of 10 years of development by Harvey to design an accessory that matches up to the same incredibly high standard already set by their table saws. Made up of an industrial-grade sliding carriage, an extremely accurate crosscut mitre fence system, an innovative work clamp and 2 support legs. It is a perfect addition to the Harvey HW110-SE table saw and is built to satisfy the most demanding woodworkers and meet all their table saw requirements.

Industrial Grade Sliding Carriage

Two V-shape ball-bearing tracks assure accuracy and consistent smoothness along its travel. The travel length is 1500mm (60”) giving a maximum crosscut capacity of 1240mm (48″) and can handle a full-size sheet.

The table measures 228mm x 1200mm (9″ x 47″), with an extension table of 228mm x 600mm (9″ x 24″). The total table width is therefore 456mm, giving good support for most panel work. When not in use, the sliding carriage can be locked into a static position. A support leg at each end, with adjustable feet, guarantees zero flex and deviation whatever the load.

Extremely Accurate Crosscut Mitre Fence

The mitre fence system is designed with a rock-solid Fence Body with extension, a large and sturdy half-moon indexing gauge that has 7 positive stops at -60°, -45°, -22.5°, 0°, +22.5°, +45°, and +60° with 0.02-degree angular accuracy. These preset angles automatically engage with precision thanks to the uniquely designed positive index system consisting of tapered grooves and a spherical locking pin. The mitre gauge can be manually set to any other angle with fine angle tuning to 0.1 degrees.

Crosscut Fence with Micro-Adjustable Flip Stops

The crosscut fence is 1090mm long, fully extending to 1500mm and comes with 2 x flip stop assemblies that can be locked anywhere along the length of the fence. Once locked in place, you can make micro-adjustments in 0.02mm increments.

COMPASS AH-3T Arch Hold Down Clamp

The unique arch structure of the AH-3T hold-down clamp securely clamps the workpiece in place with pure vertical pressure, without pressure deformation and sideways stress on the central shaft, thus achieving the highest level of stability.

The arch hold-down can be used in 2 modes, depending on the thickness of the material to be clamped.
