INCRA Mast-R-Lift II with our AUKTools Router Motor 2400W with Speed Control NVR Switch. This substantial lift features a very high level of accuracy and immense precision can be achieved - to 50th of a millimetre. The benefit of this lift is that you get the sublime engineering of JessEm coupled with the addition of INCRA’s MagnaLOCK Insert Rings.

The direct-drive rise and fall mechanism works via a metric thread spindle and gives endless years of accurate and reliable service, without the issues associated with a poorer quality belt or chain-driven drives that tend to clog, work loose and snap over time. INCRA Mast-R-Lift II allows fast, incredibly precise height adjustments conveniently made from above the table, and it also provides you with the ability to change router cutters from above.

The 9.5mm thick cast, precision ground and anodised black solid aluminium top plate is very strong and flat and will not flex or bend in use. The plate measures 235mm x 298mm and will accommodate large diameter cutters up to 92mm and can be reduced down as low as 9.5mm using the included steel insert rings. All INCRA plates come with their own levelling system allowing for perfect alignment and levelling and fit our own INCRA, AUKTools and JessEm table tops or use our router insert plate template for home-made tables, for a perfect fit.

This exclusive system has a total of 5 sealed ball bearings on the lift screw and CAM lock, and as with all the JessEm made lifts, they are the smoothest, lowest-friction router lifts available – we’ve actually cranked up the heaviest routers with just one finger! The quarter-turn CAM lock is operated from above the table, using the lift crank to eliminate height drift.
