Create A New AccountThe JessEm Rout-R-Lift Prestige allows the user to mount the base of their plunge based router motor to the carriage with the minimal height loss (14.5mm in total). Made from the same high quality products as JessEm's Mast-R-Lift II and Excel II, the Prestige offer customers another lift option for the workshop.
The direct drive rise and fall mechanism works via a metric screw and gives endless years of accurate and reliable service without the issues associated with poorer quality belt or chain driven drives that tend to clog, work loose or snap over time.
A robust cranked handle operates the double bearing spindle from above the table with great precision and ease. The positive winding action is measured by the metric scale built into the router plate’s surface giving very accurate incremental calibration of the rise before ultimately using the same cranked handle to lock off the mechanism. Both the height adjustment and locking mechanism are located towards the front edge of the router lift plate, meaning you won’t have the hassle of having to move your router fence to make adjustments when in use.
The 9.5mm thick-cast, precision ground and anodised black solid aluminium top plate is very strong and flat and will not flex or bend in use. The plate measures 235mm x 298mm and will accommodate large diameter cutters up to 90mm. All JessEm plates come with their own levelling system allowing for perfect alignment and levelling and fit our own JessEm and INCRA table tops or use our router insert plate template for home-made tables for a perfect fit.
The router plate and fixing plate are low profile but to make your original router even better you can use it with the MuscleChuck for above the table cutter changes.
Please note: Please only use the fixing screws that are individual to your router, for users with the un-drilled version of the Prestige lift without fixing screws should contact their router manufacturer for further details on suitable fixings.

Compatibility
This version of the prestige lift features an un-drilled plate. This allows the user to drill the plate to suit their own router.
Please note: Routers such as the Festool OF2200 are too large for the JessEm Prestige Lift. The Prestige lift is not compatible with a round body motor such as our own AUKTools Router Motor.
