Overview
Wood Workers Workshop e-Gift Cards are the perfect way to give the gift of choice — allowing recipients to select the tools and accessories they really want.
All e-Gift Cards are issued digitally and can be redeemed exclusively at woodworkersworkshop.co.uk.
Purchasing and Delivery
- Digital only – We only offer e-Gift Cards, issued electronically by email. No physical cards are available.
- Email delivery – e-Gift Cards are sent automatically after checkout by email, either directly to your chosen recipient or to you for forwarding. You can choose to send the e-Gift Card immediately or schedule it to be emailed on a specific future date, such as a birthday or special occasion.
- Sending as a gift – Tick “I want to send this as a gift” at checkout to add your recipient’s name, email address, and a personal message.
- UK only – e-Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed only within the UK.
Redemption
- Online use only – e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online at woodworkersworkshop.co.uk by entering the unique code at checkout.
- Partial payments – If the purchase total exceeds the balance on the e-Gift Card, the remaining amount can be paid using any other accepted payment method.
- Balance tracking – You can check your e-Gift Card balance at any time by clicking the link in your original e-Gift Card email.
Validity
- e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled, and the e-Gift Card will no longer be valid or usable.
Refunds and Returns
- e-Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase another e-Gift Card.
- If you return an item purchased using an e-Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to your e-Gift Card balance.
- Refunds to e-Gift Cards remain valid until the original expiry date.
