Make your own T-tracks anywhere

  1. Quickly dial in the router bit’s cutting depth with the Setup Gauge
  2. Route dovetail grooves on a jig or work surface
  3. Use Dovetail Hardware to make stops and hold-downs that move freely, and tighten down anywhere you can route a groove
  4. Use the Dovetail Clamps to secure material for cutting or assembly

      Really delighted with this set, have made a match fit bench top floor my newish workbench... ie I repurposed the old one, I turned it over 😀 and attached it a new base. Very easy to route the grooves.. I thought the set came with the relief bit, but no matter I just used my own 6.35mm bit and the supplied dovetail bit worked like a charm. Already used the top multiple times, and I have also made my version of the microjig ZEROPLAY 360 Sled - bloody terrific. This system is so versatile, for example yesterday I was in a real rush but before I went out I needed to shorten a length of drainpipe ( don't ask ) - grabbed the pipe went into my workshop to get my saw, saw the clamp on the work bench top and thought aah ah - popped the pipe on the bench, slid in the clamp, tightened, cut and Bob's your uncle..I now have a system that I can see will grow and will be really versatile

      I have been using t-tracks for a while but one has to use them wisely since they end up being expensive and not easy to connect at angles. With this system I can make jigs with lots of tracks to allow for any configuration.
      I have a mounting table with an MFT like grid of holes (20mm, 96mm apart). I crisscrossed it with tracks and now I have the perfect setup: I drop dogs in the holes for alignment and slide clamps where I need them.
      Then I rebuild my drill press table with a series of tracks, next will be a tenon jig... the possibilities are endless!

      Never clamped so much so easily before

      I found this system far better than just using ordinary F, G or similar clamps and so much easier - and I've only partly routed out the holding grooves in one direction so far. Have yet to use the other parts but the clamps are 100%, so much so I need to purchase more. Plenty of scope - and helpful videos on YouTube to set users on their way.
