JessEm Mast-R-Lift Excel II is their flagship router system and has a solid phenolic table top, with a built in metric lift and sidewinder handle.

The ultimate in quality router systems for the discerning customer looking for excellent durability and precision without the use of an additional router plate.

The 19mm solid phenolic top will not deform and is impenetrable to moisture, thus preventing swelling, rusting and other water damage. The sidewinder carriage wheel provides convenient height adjustment whilst not interfering with the fence mechanism, feather boards or work-piece. The slick, low-profile lift design allows easy router cutter changing from above the table eliminating the need for any under-table adjustments.

JessEm's tab-loc insert rings lock directly into the aluminium mounting assembly, and these excellent rings are easily changed with a single turn of the two prong insert wrench. The flush fitting, anodised aluminium T-slot/miter track features a 1/4" slot for bolts and also a 3/4" slot for multiple accessories, including the JessEm paralign feather boards, INCRA's Miter Gauges or other sliders. The anodised aluminium not only looks great but also offers excellent corrosion and wear resistance.

This substantial lift features a very high level of accuracy, and with the optional digital readout, immense precision can be achieved - to a 50th of a millimetre. The responsive dual gearbox's smooth action via the aluminium hand wheel provides very positive feedback. One revolution of the hand wheel raises the lift by 3mm, which can be advanced and locked off at any desired height using the built-in CAM Lock. The CAM Lock eliminates backlash or settling whilst routing ensuring complete user confidence in the height setup.

The router table top can be fixed upon your own base frame, or ideally the sturdy JessEm router table stand for the ultimate setup (available separately or as part of a package).

The conveniently placed 100mm dust extraction port sits within the lift's body, ensuring maximum dust capture close to the cutting edge. This 100mm port can be connected to the router fence extraction system with the use of an adapter if required.

    Quite simply the best made wood working kit I've ever bought. I was expecting quality but was blown away by the standards that JessEm work to. Pleasure to use. Dust extraction does a reasonable job but worth getting the Incra dust cabinet at the same time.
    Full marks to Wood Workers, all delivered despite the current Corona chaos.

    Nothing else even close when it comes to this table and lift. The machining on the mechanisms is tiptop, the cam lock doesn't budge. Buy cheap buy twice! Service and communication is also 5 star.

    Worth every penny

    This is an expensive router table but definitely worth the money. Very easy to set up and use, and in particular for making fine adjustments in use. Quality of machining in the mechanism is excellent with very little backlash. Great service from Jim at the WoodWorkers Workshop as usual.

    Staggeringly good service, the shipment arrived from Canada at the Wood Workers Workshop warehouse on the Tuesday, went out by post on Wednesday and arrived with my brother in West Wales on Friday morning !     Fantastic all round service!

    I've never used Wood Workers Workshop before but have been aware of them for a few years. After spending a long time researching router tables I took the plunge and ordered an Incra top, LS Positioner and router lift, complete with the larger AUKTools router motor. Everything arrived the next day and was packaged superbly. The products are really well made and the router is very powerful and quiet compared to my old one. I had one minor issue with the LS Positioner (an Incra issue, not WWW) and it was resolved very quickly at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company and the quality products that they stock. There is nowhere else selling woodworking equipment of this quality in the UK. I will be back for more! :-)

    This company has the best customer service I can remember receiving. I emailed a query tangentially related to the product and got a comprehensive reply by return. I ordered the product on.a Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. The Incra products are of course excellent quality. Only a shame they use imperial fasteners, but I did find I could run am M6 tap through the 1/4 X 20 hole in the sliding washer with no obvious I'll effect so I could fit a Bristol knob to the sliding extension adjustment.
