Description

INCRA MagnaLOCK CleanSweep Ring Insert Set has laser-cut steel rings which dramatically increase dust-collecting downward airflow, when combined with an INCRA CleanSweep Dust Collection Cabinet and your 4" dust collection hose, by using extra openings in strategic locations.

The rings fit all INCRA MagnaLOCK Plates and Lifts produced since 2006 and are available in inside diameters to cover a wide variety of router bits.

    Excellent dust control

    I bought these when I upgraded to the Incra router table and attached the Incra clean sweep dust collection cabinet. I have to say they make a huge difference to the amount of dust created in my workshop. They are especially good when routing channels on the under side of the wood, on my previous setup this all got ejected out of the end of the channel, with this setup all the dust gets sucked down through the rings and there is no dust escaping. Excellent!

    a good idea

    great idea for router tables, there are a couple of small caveats, magnets are strong, however there is a tiny bit of play around the insert, i notice incra offer a guide bush insert, im not sure it wouldnt move when using, maybe less than a milimetre, but if you need the accuracy id avoid this type, the inserts are good and flat but there was a slight burr on the surface caused by manufacture, id take a small fine file to clean it up, other than that a good buy and service was excellent.

    Works very good, dust collection is significantly better, but it’s too bad that this ring set isn’t included when you buy the Incra router lift. Not only is T he extra cleansweep set quite expensive, the other set that comes with the router lift is now lying useless in my shop..

    The insert ring is held on strong magnets , positively held in place…the cleansweep design is a great improvement over the standard insert rings, hardly any chippings left on the router table. Excellent kit.

    I am surprised just what a difference they make to the use of the Cleansweep dust collection box. Very very good and definitely recommended.

    Effective as they are, I cannot get my head around why they are so expensive, nor why they are not offered as a Cleansweep bundle? But, hey, it is Incra!

    Used with the Incra 'clean sweep' these are very effective and greater help to reduce the dust produced when routing. You obviously need a good dust extraction unit but if you have one I highly recommend these. It is a shame that Incra do not supply them automatically when you buy the 'clean sweep'.
