    Great product

Great product. Suited perfectly as I have a table saw with a non standard size mitre slot. It's a bonus to find a company that stocks non standard products and they were a pleasure to deal with. Order was dispatched very quickly and came well packaged.

Not had chance to incorperate them into my fixtures yet, but cannot see why they would not work as required.

Great for Ryobi One+ Table Saw

I made a mistake buying the Ryobi One+ tablesaw. Sort of. It's OK except for the mitre slot (and sometimes the fence). So I need to make a few enhancements but cannot find anything for the non-standard Ryobi mitre slot. These mitre bars are almost perfect. I took 0.1mm off with my CNC machine and have a perfect fit. If you don't have a CNC router handy you could do it on a router table, or even with sandpaper. Just make sure you try the mitre bar in the slot frequently or you might go past and make it a bit loose.

    Check your mitre slots first.

I had to plane these down, just a few thou, to perfectly fit my mitre slots. Once done, they slide well and have no play. Used for a jig to cut angled finger joints for the legs of a bench.

    Machinable MitreBar

I bought two bars and I am in the process of using them as slides for a crosscut sled for my table saw - work in progress. The UHMW mitre bars have been cleanly drilled; have been very easily and smoothly planned. Now fine tuning to get the sled running smoothly.

    Slides well

Wanted to fit a jig with a slider into a 1\2” track (instead of the usual 3/4”) so bought one of these to cut down to fit. I initially tried a router but it flexed sideways and the router bit jumped. I eventually found that the easiest way was to drill some holes down the centre line and attach it to a piece of ply before running the whole thing through my table saw. This gave straight edges with a good finish which was easily sanded down and the end result runs very smoothly in my track.
