Works with the Dewalt DWE7845 table saw which has lots of slop in its mitre tracks.

Only criticism is that you really have to crank supplied Allen key to expand the width of the slider so it becomes difficult to fine tune. The Allen key is only 3/32", it really starts bend/flex. This might be because the amount of expansion need on the DW7845 saw is right on the limit of the range of expansion. I'd be interested to see what the steel version is like, the expanding mechanism differs.

Really perfect for precision works

Well worth the money in my humble opinion. A quality product that is straight forward to install and simple to adjust to produce accurate sliding sleds and jigs that require precision fit mitre slot runners. I think this product will prove to be a much better alternative than using timber runners and I would not hesitate to purchase this item again.

Just what was needed & nice fit as well, excellent product

Purchased to complete a thin cut jig on a Dewalt DW7492. A much neater alternative to cutting your own runners. Adjusts to the mitre slot easily and quickly with the expandable rings. Easy to fit to the underside of the jig. A good solid runner with a bit of weight.

I like this slider, it is handy when you want to build some own jigg/support, but it's a bit heavy to set the clearance to the T-slot on your machine so I removed the screws and added grease on the surface between the screw and slider. This lowered the friction so the torque I added could be used to tighten the screw and then expand the bar on the slider. Without grease the friction would consume the torque instead. Maybe Incra should add this in their instructions.

I don't understand why the slider isn't equipped with countersunk mounting holes allowing for attachment from the underside of a sledge. But it works!

I'm using these on a DeWalt 745 table saw, a product which if one reads the review is notorious for it's sloppy mitre tracks. I wanted to avoid the potential problems with wooden guide rails so this product seemed to fit the brief perfectly. Unfortunately, the maximum amount of flare one gets with the expansion screw just falls short of taking up all the slack in the track and I'm therefore left disappointed and looking for an alternative product.

Good quilty does what it's says it will do worth every penny will be buying another very soon. Staff and delivery are exceptional

Well engineered item. I used 2 to contruct a cross cut sled. Worth the cost over making hardwood runners and more accurate long term.
