JessEm Paralign Feather Board - Double

Paralign Feather Boards for use with router tables, shapers, band saws and table saws. This feather board features an innovative design that allows you to adjust parallel to your work while remaining clamped to your table or fence. No more trial and error trying to adjust your feather boards correctly. With the JessEm Paralign Feather Boards just loosen the two adjustment knobs and slide them to the correct position while they remain parallel to your work.

Using feather boards gives the user more control and improves surface finish (reducing sanding time), whilst making machining a safer process, as kick-back is eliminated.  Regular feather boards usually have a pair of bolts that are designed to fix both the position and height in one cumbersome operation, meaning altering one unintentionally changes the other.

The revolutionary design of JessEm’s Paralign Feather Boards solves this issue allowing quick and easy parallel height and width settings, while staying securely positioned in one place. They have four bolts that independently adjust height and position without any slippage between operations, for hassle free setups. The special design guarantees the feather board remains parallel to the wood giving a consistent clamping pressure along the entire surface for maximum work support.  The double feather board allows you to stack the feather boards on top of each other for larger stock material. 

They will fit into any 3/4” mitre bar or 1/4” T-Track for use on either router tables, bandsaws or tables saws. The quality of the smooth high impact moulded plastic feather tips will give hundreds of hours worth of scratch free work control and eliminates kick back for safer working.
