JessEm Paralign Feather Board - Double

I bought these for my Evolution table saw, unfortunately Evolution chose to make the guide slots an unusual size, (not the "standard" 3/4 inch by 3/8 inch) so the runners dont fit. I will be using the feather boards on my router table when I replace my T-Tech router.
I have a couple of Aluminium slots routed into my big table, seen on the left in the picture below.

They came with quite a collection of fixings and no instructions for assembly options. Having said that, I have used them and they do what feather boards do. They are quite “plastic’y” and feel quite brittle but Jessem are a quality company so my hope is that they prove to be robust / durable… time will tell

I have always regretted buying cheaper machines for my home workshop, whether that be a table saw, planer or router table. I've had an Axminster table and router lift for many years and it's just horrible to use, gets clogged with dust, bits changed below the worksurface, generally just a pain to use. So I finally bit the bullet and went for the Jessem set up. I know it's expensive, but I should have done it years ago. The quality and engineering is simply breathtaking! I know it all looks great in the photos, but until you hold it in your hands you can't tell just who good it is. The first item I unboxed was a table leg, not very exciting you'd think, but even that is a work of art. Everything seems just way overengineered, which makes it such a pleasure to use. I can't recommend it highly enough, just don't tell your significant other how much it cost!

Really impressed with how versatile these are, so much adjustment and great fit on my incra router table

I upgraded to the twin pack as it contains the extra hardware for stacking featherboards. I use the clear cut stock guides for routing flat to table and use these for vertical against the fence. As mentioned by another reviewer it does take a while to dissasemble and reassemble in different configurations but a small inconvience for the flexibility they offer.

These are well made and effective; they will hold your wood from narrow strips to a thickness not far off the distance between track and fence.For Jessem products, they are not too expensive.
The only downside that I have discovered so far is that they require disassembling into eight separate parts if you want to change the direction of the feathers, or move from shorter to longer length. For many people this will be of no significance - but is a bit fiddly for my particular set-up.

purchased 2ea of these for my woodpecker router table the item was despatched almost immediately, they fit and work really well, worth the money and they look like they will last the length of time.
