AUKTools Compact Router Fence

Designed for smaller workshops and site work, the AUKTools Compact Router Fence provides many of the useful features found on larger router fences in a more manageable format. It fixes directly to the table top using the two supplied high bolts, secured through the fence itself, eliminating the need for additional sidebars. This straightforward arrangement keeps the overall footprint compact while providing a practical and capable fence for everyday routing operations.

AUKTools 600 x 400mm HPL Router Table Top

A stable, low-friction working surface is essential for controlled routing, and this UK-made table top is manufactured to AUKTools' exacting standards. It features a hard-wearing HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) face and balancing layer, bonded to a green moisture-resistant MDF core renowned for its stability and longevity, particularly in damp conditions. An integrated 3/4" (19mm) wide red-anodised aluminium mitre track provides a durable, low-friction guide for accessories such as featherboards and mitre gauges.

The heavy-duty stand provides a solid foundation while keeping the overall installation suitable for smaller workshops. Constructed from square-section steel with full-length legs and angle cross-bracing, it is powder-coated black for long-lasting durability. Pre-installed welded steel nuts make assembly straightforward using the supplied hex socket cap screws, while height-adjustable, non-marking anti-slip feet allow the stand to be levelled on uneven floors.

JessEm Rout-R-Lift 3.5XT Router Lift (Imperial)

Accurate cutter height adjustment makes repeatable routing operations considerably easier, and the JessEm Rout-R-Lift 3.5XT provides a precision-engineered solution. Its CNC-machined aluminium lifting mechanism and manually operated adjustment system move the cutter by 1/16" per complete turn of the adjustment handle, allowing fine, controlled changes to cutting depth. The durable phenolic top plate incorporates an above-table bit-changing facility, three interchangeable insert rings, a quarter-turn locking mechanism and ten levelling screws to help achieve a flush, stable working surface.

AUKTools 1500W Variable-Speed Router Motor

The industrial-quality 1500W motor features variable speed control from 10,000 to 20,000 RPM and premium ER20 collets, providing improved cutter grip and reduced runout to help extend cutter and bearing life. Its quiet-running, high-torque design tackles demanding timbers, while the pre-wired isolator and No Volt Release (NVR) switch provide convenient, integrated switching for router table operation.
