If you regularly use bearing-guided router bits, you'll know how awkward it can be to remove or replace a guide bearing while trying to hold the cutter securely. The AUKTools Router Bit Vice grips the shank firmly, allowing you to loosen or tighten bearing screws safely without damaging the cutter or risking cuts to your hands.

Whether you're replacing a worn bearing, carrying out routine maintenance or cleaning your cutters, it provides a secure hold that makes the job quicker, safer and more controlled.

Secure Grip Without Damaging the Cutter

The vice uses directional needle roller bearings that lock securely onto the router bit shank without marking or crushing it. Simply insert the shank into the correctly sized opening and the bearing grips automatically, allowing you to remove or refit bearings with confidence. Choose the appropriate side of the vice for tightening or loosening guide bearings.

It's equally useful when cleaning resin build-up or removing deposits from carbide cutting edges with a brass wire brush, keeping the cutter stable while you work.

Compact and Comfortable to Use

Measuring just 103mm long by 35mm wide with a thickness of 15mm, the vice fits comfortably in either your left or right hand, giving excellent control during routine router bit maintenance.
