Description

The FastCap Uni-Vac is the ultimate shop vacuum accessory. The super flexible rubber grips round, oval or any shape dust port from 1/4" up to 2-1/2" making it the most versatile dust extraction fitting on the market. Adapts to most table saws, routers, miter saws, sanders, and many more! The innovative locking teeth allow you to secure the Uni-Vac in place. The fixed end attaches around all vacuum hoses with an inner diameter (ID) of 2-1/4" or an outer dimension (OD) of 2-1/2".

Team the Uni-Vac up with a short length of 2-1/2" hose and convert your JessEm, INCRA or AUKTools Router Fence to be used with your vacuum. Another great innovation from FastCap.

Good little gadget

My first comment would be that a brief note about how to release the diaphragm. Not a game changer, but it would have saved me a bit of frustration.
My second comment relates to price. For what it is I think it's over priced and should have been a few pounds cheaper. I'm sure if I searched online I would find it at a lower cost.

Finally, the diaphragm is made from soft rubber so I wonder how durable it will be in the longer term.

Excellent product

This adapter is absolutely great when you have so many tubes that don't fit so many dust exhausts - why oh why can't the manufacturers agree on a standard?
Until they do though, get one of these!
