The Harvey G-700PRO is designed for professional woodworking environments and home workshops where dust extraction needs to keep pace with multiple machines and sustained production. Its Gyro Air® system removes 99.7% of dust before it reaches the filters, helping to maintain consistent suction while reducing filter loading and day-to-day maintenance.

With a maximum airflow of 2,100 m³/h (1,235 CFM), the G-700PRO provides the capacity needed for demanding extraction systems. Through a 125 mm hose, it delivers up to 1,300 m³/h (750 CFM). Its 3 HP (2.2 kW) permanent-magnet synchronous motor is designed for efficient, continuous operation, while the low-noise design keeps the extraction system less intrusive in the workshop.

High Level Filtration – HEPA

HEPA-grade filtration material filters 100% of dust particles larger than 1 micron, 99.91% of particles between 0.5 and 1 micron, and 99.35% of particles between 0.3 and 0.5 micron. Combined with the Gyro Air® pre-filtration system, this high level of filtration helps deliver cleaner workshop air and provides added peace of mind for woodworkers.

Gyro Air pre-separation

The patented Gyro Air technology spins the airstream through a horizontal cyclone, separating 99.7% of the carried dust into the main collection tank before it reaches the secondary filtration stage.

This high level of pre-separation reduces the amount of dust reaching the filters, helping prevent clogging and suction loss. The remaining 0.3% of dust is passed to the secondary tank and filtration system.

Intelligent control and automatic cleaning

The G-700PRO uses an intuitive touchscreen control panel to provide clear access to the machine’s operating functions. Fan speed and power can be adjusted, while differential pressure and dust-bin levels can be monitored from the same interface.

Smart Jet-Pulse filter cleaning continuously monitors filter loading and automatically removes accumulated dust when required, helping maintain consistent airflow and reducing the need for manual filter cleaning. The system also provides an alert when the dust bin is full.

The Smart Jet-Pulse Filter Cleaning system continuously monitors filter loading and blasts away accumulated dust when needed, helping maintain airflow and reduce the need for manual filter cleaning. The system requires a compressed air supply connection via an 8 mm hose, with an air pressure of 115 psi.

Efficient, quiet motor performance

At the heart of the G-700PRO is a 3 HP (2.2 kW), 240 V single-phase, rare-earth Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). With up to 94% energy conversion efficiency, the motor delivers efficient, stable output while running cooler than conventional motor designs.

The system is engineered for demanding, continuous use of up to eight hours per day. Operating at between 60 and 71 dB(A), the G-700PRO offers significantly quieter operation than many conventional high-powered dust extraction systems, helping create a more comfortable working environment.

Practical dust collection

A 128-litre main dust tank provides substantial capacity for workshop waste, while the separate 6-litre secondary tank handles the dust captured after the primary separation stage.

The main tank rolls out for straightforward emptying, and the built-in dust-full alarm helps prevent overfilling. The compact enclosure also incorporates a wheel kit, making the 245kg machine easier to position within the workshop.

Flexible ducting connection

The G-700PRO is supplied with a 150mm (6") main inlet and can be adapted to a 125mm (5") connection. This provides flexibility when integrating the processor with existing workshop ducting or individual machines.

Safety Features

The G-700PRO features anti-static construction designed to minimise potential ignition sources, while an integrated dust-concentration sensor continuously monitors airborne particulates. If the concentration reaches the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL), the system automatically triggers an immediate shutdown, helping to reduce the risk of dust-related fire or explosion.
