Description

INCRA Lexan Scales Incremental Rack Pack are great for converting the mechanics of rack-based INCRA fence positioners, miter gauges, fence stops, and INCRA Track Systems for operation on a 1mm metric spacing.

All metric incremental racks are 150mm long but can be shortened to match existing 4" imperial racks if desired. 

Please note that micro adjust mechanisms will retain imperial measurements on products equipped with them.  Also, metric-based joinery templates will be required for producing box joints and dovetails after converting from imperial spacing to metric.

Good product, with some creative application potential

While this is designed to convert some Incra products from the imperial to the metric system, this kit can be 'high-jacked' for other applications such as bringing the benefit of Incra's millimetric tracks to a table saw fence, or making some special jigs (e.g. ripping guides for a track saw with easy millimetric adjustments).

I was also planning on adding one of the track sections to my Incra fence (as the gap between the supplied tracks on the fence is fairly large), but the lack of the required fixings makes this more difficult than expected. Hard to knock one star to the rating because of this, as this is not the intended use of this kit!

for a parallel guide

Purchased to build a parallel guide system, at the same time inexpensive and very precise thanks to the incremental system. Now I have to find a light track to hold this and a stop (Incra tracks are a little heavy for this application)

Perfect to convert to metric

Just what I needed to convert a second hand Incra fence I purchased which was set up with imperial racks and scales, everything was a simple direct swap and I cut one rack down to fit easily. In fact I have used one of the racks in a home made stop as well. Excellent packaging as always!

Converting an older Ultra Fence

Inherited an Incra Ultra Fence system but it was in imperial.
Bought two sets of these to convert the positioner and the fence to metric.
Just wish it was possible to upgrade the micro adjust as well but alas the positioner is too old I believe for a part to exist.
Simple to install and includes the Lexan rules to slide into the scale slots.
Delivery was quick, ordering painless.
