INCRA MagnaLOCK™ router plates are made from precision-machined, aircraft-grade aluminium with an anodised coating to achieve the perfect cutting results. High-energy, rare-earth magnets hold the MagnaLOCK rings secure and perfectly flush every time. The 3/8” (10mm) thick router plate is robust enough for most routers and will fit a standard 9-1/4 x 11-3/4” recess in most router table tops including INCRA, JessEm and AUKTools.
Ten fine thread plate-levelling screws provide extreme control in levelling the plate to your table and rock-solid support at any position around the plate. A simple quarter turn of the corner-mounted Cam-Lock fastener securely locks the plate in the router table's recess.
All router plates include three laser-cut steel rings with 1" (25.4mm), 2 1/8" (54mm) and 3 5/8" (92mm) openings. The rings are also available as an 8-piece Solid Ring Set or Clean Sweep Rings for improved dust extraction.
Technical Information
The MagnaLOCK Undrilled Plate can be drilled to fit almost any router, as long as the mounting holes of your router are outside the 104mm diameter of the ring inserts. We suggest checking that your router base fixing screws do not sit within a 125mm circle to provide clearance from the large recess in the plate. We recommend using the un-drilled plate if your router doesn't fit our pre-drilled plates.
