Description

JessEm's original Clear Cut Stock Guides have transformed the router table landscape for the past 10 years. We are excited to introduce their new Clear-Cut™ FLEX Stock Guides. Made out of high-quality glass-filled Polyamide, these stock guides still provide all the same features as the Clear Cut Stock Guides but can be used on router tables and smaller jobsite table saws. Achieve safer, smoother and more precise cuts as your work is always held in position.

The unique guide rollers are mounted on a 5° angle to help steer your stock towards your fence. This angle causes the roller to hold with more force if the wood tries to move against the direction of the feed.

The guides lock into position along the fence with a twist of the pivot knob and the height setting is controlled with a twist of the new Adjustable Locking Handles.

  • Guides are made out of high-quality glass-filled Polyamide
  • Rollers are fitted with one-way roller bearings to ensure each roller spins in the direction of the feed to prevent kickback
  • Grip force urethane rollers hold your stock securely in position
  • Set up is fast and easy
  • For long-term routing, the adjustable locking handles add that extra security so you won't lose your settings
  • Guides mount to a standard 1/4" T-Slot found on most commercially available router table fences
  • Guides have 2-3/4" of total adjustment
  • Have complete control of your stock even when routing wide boards or large panels
  • The dual action of the guides will pull your work tight to the fence
  • Roller axles are machined from cold rolled steel and case-hardened for durability
  • Rollers designed from wear-resistant acetal resin
  • Traction tires are moulded out of urethane for long life and superior grip

Super handy

I use these on my Axminster Professional Router Table + Fence and used the standard T Bolts that shipped with the Jessems.
Installation and adjustment was super easy.
So far these seem great and will replace 3 Featherboards which should help keep my router table tidy.

Excellent Piece of Kit

I found this a very useful piece of kit for improving precision and safety in my workshop. It fits on both the router table and table saw (if you make a modified fence). I'm even thinking of buying a second so I don't have to swap it between the two.

Staggeringly good service, the shipment arrived from Canada at the Wood Workers Workshop warehouse on the Tuesday, went out by post on Wednesday and arrived with my brother in West Wales on Friday morning ! Fantastic all round service!

I've never used Wood Workers Workshop before but have been aware of them for a few years. After spending a long time researching router tables I took the plunge and ordered an Incra top, LS Positioner and router lift, complete with the larger AUKTools router motor. Everything arrived the next day and was packaged superbly. The products are really well made and the router is very powerful and quiet compared to my old one. I had one minor issue with the LS Positioner (an Incra issue, not WWW) and it was resolved very quickly at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company and the quality products that they stock. There is nowhere else selling woodworking equipment of this quality in the UK. I will be back for more! :-)

Best customer service

This company has the best customer service I can remember receiving. I emailed a query tangentially related to the product and got a comprehensive reply by return. I ordered the product on.a Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. The Incra products are of course excellent quality. Only a shame they use imperial fasteners, but I did find I could run am M6 tap through the 1/4 X 20 hole in the sliding washer with no obvious I'll effect so I could fit a Bristol knob to the sliding extension adjustment.
