Description

Quickly and accurately mark centre lines on boards up to 2-1/2” (65mm) thick. The centre finder straddles your workpiece to mark a perfect centre line using the included pencil. Flip the CenterFinder™ on its side and this dual-use tool can be used to mark offsets between 1 and 20mm, ideal for marking rebates, mortices, and architraves.

Not at all accurate

I bought this to mark the centre of wood however I find this very clumsy and not at all accurate you have to have the nib of the pencil bang on as it is easy to have it just off centre so I can not recommend this item, I hope this is user related but I have tried a few times each time slightly larger one side to the other. The item was delivered very quickly and was well packaged.

I'm saying four stars as I find this to be a rough guide to halfway marking it's probably my fault as I tend to get it a couple of millimetres to one side. This is still useful for marking lines quickly at predetermined sizes I will keep practicing with it who knows I might get it working properly. The items were delivered very quickly and it wasn't expensive.
