Description
A well-fitting zero clearance insert is one of the simplest upgrades for achieving cleaner cuts and better workpiece support. By reducing the gap around the blade, this insert helps minimise breakout on the underside of the cut while providing improved support for narrow offcuts and delicate materials.
Designed specifically for the SawStop Jobsite Saw, this standard insert is engineered for use with 254mm/10" saw blades. The positive locking latch secures the insert firmly in place while allowing quick, tool-free installation and removal whenever blade changes or maintenance are required.
Positioning screws allow the insert to be adjusted for a precise, flush fit within the saw table, ensuring stable support without movement or vibration. Pre-formed clearance slots accommodate the SawStop blade guard and riving knife, making installation straightforward while maintaining compatibility with the saw's safety features.
Ideal as a replacement for a worn insert or as an additional insert dedicated to a specific blade, it helps maintain consistent cutting accuracy across a range of workshop tasks.
