Description

Expands the Capability of Your Woodworking Rule

Cal-ZILLA adds precision caliper functionality to Woodpeckers Woodworking Rules using a simple two-screw installation. Mounted to a compatible rule, it provides accurate inside and outside measurements across large workpieces without guesswork.

Designed Around Woodpeckers Rules

The fixed jaw mounts directly to the threaded holes already machined into Woodpeckers Woodworking Rules (excluding 6" models). These mounting points are held to tight tolerances, accurately positioning the fixed jaw at the rule’s zero point.

Compatible Across the Range

Cal-ZILLA fits Woodpeckers Woodworking Rules from 12" to 49-1/2", allowing measurement capacities up to approximately 46" depending on rule size.

Smooth and Secure Adjustment

The sliding jaw moves on low-friction UHMW glide strips for smooth operation. A Delrin locking contact point secures the jaw firmly without damaging the anodized aluminium rule surface.

Inside and Outside Measuring Accuracy

The inside measuring tips align precisely with the outside jaws, allowing accurate transfer and checking of measurements such as grooves, tongues, and joinery dimensions.

Hole Centre Measurement Capability

Included Hole Center Attachments clamp onto the jaw tips, enabling precise centre-to-centre measurement between holes.

Workshop Storage Included

A wall-mountable Rack-It keeps Cal-ZILLA visible, organised, and ready for use.
