The Woodpeckers Mini Folding Saddle Square simplifies transferring layout lines across adjoining faces and edges, helping reduce alignment errors common with traditional marking methods. Suitable for internal and external marking on pentagonal, hexagonal and octagonal work.

Precision-Machined After Assembly

Unlike conventional hinged layout tools, the edges of the Folding Saddle Square are milled after machining, anodizing, laser engraving, and final assembly. This process ensures both halves remain perfectly aligned in the same plane.

The hinge mechanism is tensioned to eliminate lateral movement while still allowing smooth adjustment, creating a precision straightedge that folds accurately around corners.
