In compliance with UK law (including the Criminal Justice Act 1988, the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, and the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016), we must confirm that you are 18 years or over before processing and dispatching any order containing these items.
If your order includes an age-restricted product, our Sales Team will contact you by email to request proof of age before your order can be shipped.
Accepted forms of ID are:
- A valid UK driving licence showing your name, date of birth, photo, and billing address; or
- A valid passport showing your name, date of birth, and photo, accompanied by a recent utility bill confirming your shipping address.
Your delivery address must match the address shown on your ID.
We cannot accept prepaid credit cards as proof of age, nor can we deliver age-restricted goods to school addresses.
If you prefer not to provide proof of age, we will refund the restricted item(s) and dispatch the remainder of your order.
All information provided for verification is handled securely and used only for the purpose of age verification, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Full details of the verification process and our data-retention practices are set out in our Age Verification Policy.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites before engaging in transactions or sharing personal data.
SECTION 13 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK & OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send specific submissions (for example product reviews or feedback), or if you voluntarily share creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials with us — whether online, by email, by post, or otherwise — you agree that we may use, edit, or publish that material for legitimate business purposes such as improving our service or showcasing customer feedback.
We are under no obligation (1) to maintain any submission in confidence, (2) to pay compensation, or (3) to respond to any submission.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit, or remove content we believe to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, or that breaches any intellectual property rights or these Terms.
You may not use a false name or email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us or others about the origin of any submission. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you post or send.
We take no responsibility and accept no liability for any comments or submissions posted by you or any third party.
Any personal information you include in a submission will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.
In cases of obvious or unmistakable pricing or description errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order, issue a full refund, and require return of any goods supplied in error.
We may correct or update information, amend content, or withdraw products at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted), except where required by law.
