Staggeringly good service, the shipment arrived from Canada at the Wood Workers Workshop warehouse on the Tuesday, went out by post on Wednesday and arrived with my brother in West Wales on Friday morning ! He's really pleased with it, excellent quality at a reasonable price, flip-out stabilizing tab very useful.

I've never used Wood Workers Workshop before but have been aware of them for a few years. After spending a long time researching router tables I took the plunge and ordered an Incra top, LS Positioner and router lift, complete with the larger AUKTools router motor. Everything arrived the next day and was packaged superbly. The products are really well made and the router is very powerful and quiet compared to my old one. I had one minor issue with the LS Positioner (an Incra issue, not WWW) and it was resolved very quickly at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company and the quality products that they stock. There is nowhere else selling woodworking equipment of this quality in the UK. I will be back for more! :-)

This company has the best customer service I can remember receiving. I emailed a query tangentially related to the product and got a comprehensive reply by return. I ordered the product on.a Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. The Incra products are of course excellent quality. Only a shame they use imperial fasteners, but I did find I could run am M6 tap through the 1/4 X 20 hole in the sliding washer with no obvious I'll effect so I could fit a Bristol knob to the sliding extension adjustment.
