Description

The Milescraft CircleGuideKit (Metric) is the complete solution for routing perfect circles and arcs. With two included circle jigs, you can cut diameters from as small as 1-1/2" (38mm) up to 52" (1320mm) — ideal for everything from decorative inlays to round table tops.

The kit works with most popular routers using the Milescraft TurnLock universal base plate. Setup is fast and tool-free, and the easy-read scale window ensures precise, repeatable circle sizing every time. A bonus 13" (330mm) Offset Base is included for added stability when edge routing and finishing workpieces.

Very happy. I’ve recently needed to route a few circles and have been making my own jigs to do the job, but then I need one for a kitchen unit and just decided to buy something, given it’s becoming a regular requirement. This jig was easy to set up, will do the job time and again and takes up less room than having MDF jigs.

Great product. Made some nice small circular portholes in some wood repairs on my boat. Learned after the first to secure inside and outside of cut wood to a base otherwise something will move when centre cut out! Hadnt realised metric meant the router shank (newbie error) but WWW sorted it out for me.

Accurate Half-Circle Cuts Made Easy – Solid Jig with Minor Pivot Issue

I used the Milescraft CircleGuideKit to cut a large half-circle for my table top and it worked really well. The setup was straightforward, and it gave me a smooth, accurate curve that would have been very difficult to achieve otherwise. The only small issue I had was with the point arm connection at the pivot, it could be a little sturdier when fixing to the surface, but overall the tool did exactly what I needed and made the job much easier. Definitely a handy jig for anyone doing circular or curved cuts with a router.
