Description

This digital alignment tool will allow you to test your table saw alignment, fence alignment, router and drill press arbor run out, set jointer knives, saw blade and lathe run out and much more.

The DigiAlign provides accurate measurements on any steel (cast iron) machine with a standard miter slot (3/8 Inch x 3/4 Inch). The magnetic miter bar holds the tool tight against the edge of the miter slot, while still allowing for sliding movement up and down the miter slot to check fence alignment to miter slot or saw blade to miter slot. The easy to read, 3 way digital indicator gives you readings in metric, inch or fractional increments. It has a 1 Inch range, will read to within 0.0005 Inch and features both an ABS Hold function and a data output for your computer. The indicator has a 3/8 Inch hole on the back mount and can be used with all alignment tools such as height gauges and magnetic base holders that use a standard dial indicator.

a life saver for any table saw, bandsaw or router table.

I recently found myself in the position where my table saw was producing a few errors, some rather worrying, where both the blade and fence were out of alignment, this was due to a workshop rebuild and equipment being moved around, etc. so, first checking my fence, got that dialed in, then the blade which was more of a faff but worth it, now my table saw runs like a charm, it takes a little while to do these calibrations but once done, it is worth every penny. Build quality is top notch and I’d highly recommend this. Doesn’t matter if your table saw is one of those electric / cordless site saws either, that will benefit from some fine adjustments and be the perfect saw for your needs. Look after your saw, your saw will look after you, so why not spoil yourself and get something to give your table saw the care it truly deserves, some precision setup.

Quick, Easy and Accurate

I am a hobbyist but do take my woodworking seriously. Having previously always tuned my table
Saw I have never managed to get it to this level. Now under 2,000th of an inch tolerance and the cuts are great! Took me 5 mins to set up the igaging tool and 12 mins to check blade and fence. Extremely pleased. I also need to highlight the after sales team. I initially received a faulty item and called to report it. The agent was excellent and my new tool was with me the following day! Brilliant old

Accuracy on my Router Table and saw at last.

Accuracy on my Router Table and saw at last. My saw was out by 0.05mm per 100mm. It doesn’t sound a lot, but I make Kumiko pieces (lamps and panels) so after cutting and mitering pieces of 2 - 300mm it never had the sharpest joints.

Easy to use and makes aligning table saws so quick and painless - I had used homemade jigs to do this before, but having this took something that was error prone and fiddly to something that was easy to setup and use.
