Description

The iGaging Digital Plane Check Gauge allows you to precisely set your plane irons or jointer knives' depth of cut in seconds. Whether you are setting up straight or cambered plane blades this will ensure they are parallel or centred every time. Integrated magnets secure the gauge to plane bottom during adjustments. The gauge measures a range of 0mm to 3.97mm (0" to 5/32") and can display in mm, fractions of an inch and decimal inch. Accurate to 0.025mm (0.001") take the guesswork out of plane iron adjustment.

Quick and simple

Very easy to use, I like it better than squinting and eyeballing the blade, particularly handy to get blade crown centred if you’ve radiused the iron blade a bit.
