INCRA CleanSweep dust collection cabinet attaches to the underside of laminated MDF or phenolic router tables to grab sawdust where it's produced on your router table
The vacuum generated inside the cabinet by your 4" dust collection hose pulls chips and fine dust downward past the router bit, keeping the table surface and your surrounding shop cleaner than you'd ever imagined.
The effect is even more powerful when combined with INCRA CleanSweep Rings for MagnaLOCK router plates and router lifts.
Unlike a dust port mounted on the fence, the CleanSweep cabinet works for every cut and not just when the fence is covering the router bit, giving you excellent collection even when routing grooves, making box joints & dovetails, or shaping curved edges without a fence. This must-have accessory is one of the easiest ways to improve the quality of your router table time.

The CleanSweep cabinet screws directly to the underside of laminated MDF and phenolic router tables that have their bottom table opening and related hardware within the CleanSweep's 9-1/8" x 12-3/4" inside dimensions. Kreg, Woodhaven and laminated MDF tables from JessEm require the CleanSweep Table Adapter to clear the bottom-mounted leveling mechanism used at their table openings' corners. The CleanSweep cabinet is not directly compatible with router tables that use remotely-operated router lifts.

I bought this to use with my INCRA MagnaLOCK Router Plate - 7518-T to eliminate as much dust as I can while using my router table, I still need to construct my fence arrangement which will also have extraction, already though this works very well, I have the Clean Sweep connected to my small Record can extractor and this seems to provide adequate extraction through the Clean Sweep, 'A worthy addition to my set up'
Having recently installed the incra clean sweep in my homemade router table it saves a ton of time not having to clean up fine dust lying around on the floor or router table top. The clean sweep really does eliminate all of this.

Amazing customer service!
The unit was easy to assemble and works with my 60mm dust extractor after fitting a pipe reducer. I added an additional port on the side to connect the fence extraction to so that I can turn both off using the same blast gate. It would be nice if it included some rubber or foam sealing strips as I can see a few minor gaps along the top where it is mounted to the table. I'll pop off to screwfix or somebody like that to get some and seal it off. Not a major issue if you have enough suction power.

Wonderful addition to a router table - I wouldn’t want to be without it.
Like all Incra stuff - expensive, like all Incra stuff - worth it ! you do get what you pay for.
Excellent build quality and fit. I have only used it a few times but am very pleased with the job it does, hardly any stray dust.
I have just received a delivery today from Wood Workers Workshop of a set of the MagnaLock clean sweep insert rings that I had on back order. Not had chance to use yet but I have every confidence that they will enable any stray dust to be sucked down into the box then on to my extractor and also great for dado work.
I use a Jessem phenolic top with their Presitge router lift and a Dewalt router. I tried using the dust guard on the router but it was simply ineffective leading to a pile of mess on the floor and lots of clean-up every time I used the router table. When routing MDF this also led to the too much dust been thrown around to be safe.
The Incra CleanSweep box stops all that. I now have no clear up and very effective removal of dust and chips. You can even see it pulling the chips off the table or if you sweep and remaining chips on the table towards the opening it sucks them down. I may modify my Jessem insert rings to have slots like the Incra ones for even more removal from the table top.
I have bought two of these now and am really pleased with them. Having built my own router lift tables with Jessem lifts, the dust extractor efficiently removes the cuttings from the table and ensures a free flow of material over the bitr. Once set up you do not have to adjust or open the extractor as its only down side is the tight access for the far side door on the clean seep unit. Otherwise its brilliant and i find it invaluable.
The Incra CleanSweep does what it promises, and does it very well. I have nothing to afd, it was worth its price.
This system is very effective and makes using my Incra router table so much easier with the the majority of the shavings removed immediately.
