Finally, after many inquiries from customers, JessEm is proud to introduce the brand new Micro Adjuster for the Mast-R-Fence III and TA Fence. Made 100% in their Canadian manufacturing facility, the Micro Adjuster will take your routing to a whole new level.
Machined out of 6061 Aluminium and anodised for durability, the Micro Adjuster is simple to use but extremely accurate. Each revolution is 1/64" (~0.40mm) or you can move your fence every 1/512" (~0.05mm). All the components are machined out of stainless steel on one of JessEm's swiss lathes and each micro adjuster is assembled to their strict standards.
No router fence is complete without a Micro Adjuster, so be sure to add one of these to your Mast-R-Fence III or TA Fence today.
Please Note: Only one Micro Adjuster is required per fence.

Having previously purchased the JessEm Mast-R-Lift Excel II Phenolic Lift together with the TA fence I always felt that the setup lacked a fine adjustment for the fence and I did not want to " Coble Up" a make shift fence adjuster which could not match the fine quality and workmanship of JessEm products. This fine adjuster does not disappoint. It simply oozes quality and is a dream to use, enabling the fence to be "fine tuned". Highly recommended. Also many thanks for the superb after sales support from Jim @ Wood Worker Workshop.
As for the TA Fence for which I have just submitted a review, the JessEm Micro Adjuster is an extremely well thought out and very well engineered unit. It makes setting up of the fence very easy indeed and takes the "fiddling about" to a minimal level. Thank you Andy for your valued help with my inquiries, which is greatly appreciated.
Simple to install on my router table and easy to make fine adjustments to fence position relative to the router bit. The only improvement I would like to see is the adjustment setting knob showing metric adjustments rather than fractions of an inch. Meanwhile 2.5 revolutions of the knob is an adjustment of 1mm and a quarter of a turn therefore produces 0.1mm of adjustment.
A great addition to the fence which increases the accuracy of it!

The adjuster was purchased to add to a TA fence. The combination of the fine adjustment of the outer section of the fence for jointing and the fence adjuster makes setting so easy. Also change of setting can be accomplished in a couple of minutes. The combination is a match made in heaven for jointing and positional precision of dados and similar routing opetations. Yes, the unit is rather expensive but the quality is superb. Recommended.
