Accurate, Adjustable Routing

This AUKTools Adjustable Router Jig provides a simple, reliable way to rout recesses, openings, grooves and mortices with greater precision while reducing setup time and ensuring repeatable results.

The fully adjustable design allows the jig to be configured quickly for a wide range of workpiece sizes. Simply loosen the knurled brass barrel nuts, position each guide to the required dimensions using the laser-engraved metric scales, then lock everything securely in place. Clear, easy-to-read graduations enable fast, accurate adjustments without repeated measuring.

Constructed from precision-machined aluminium extrusions and high-quality hardware components, the jig combines excellent rigidity with low weight for easy handling and dependable accuracy. The robust construction maintains alignment throughout use, helping produce clean, consistent results.

Square, Rectangle and Circle Cutting

Producing precise square and rectangular openings is essential for high-quality cabinetry, furniture making and joinery. This jig handles openings up to approximately 550 × 550mm, making it a practical choice for professional and serious woodworking workshops.

The included guide bush collar and centre fixing plates allow accurate, repeatable circle cutting. Suitable for use with routers fitted with an appropriate 30mm guide bush.

Secure Fixing

Use the four fixing plates with screws or clamps to hold the jig securely in position, helping prevent movement while routing for greater control and accuracy.

Router Steady Foot

The included router steady foot provides additional support during routing, helping prevent the router from tipping into the cut for greater control and confidence.
