AUKTools Router Insert Template Package

If you are making your own table and you want an easy way to make the perfect cut-out for a router plate or lift, including AUKTools, Woodpeckers, INCRA or JessEm this package is a great combination.

AUKTools Router Insert Plate Template

With this template, you can rout out a perfectly sized 9-1/4" (235mm) x 11-3/4" (298mm) opening using the template router bit with a bearing on the shank. Machined from 18mm MDF (400mm x 560mm) for a perfectly smooth bearing surface and large enough for clamps.

AUKTools Stainless Steel Router Plate Insert Pad

This stainless steel 1.8mm thick insert is suitable for use with 9-1/4" (235mm) X 11-3/4" (298mm) router plates or lifts. Quality router plates and lifts incorporate levelling screws to set the plate flush within router table tops. If the levelling screws are in contact with the MDF core these can eat into the MDF or wear over time as the router vibrates, the insert pad overcomes these issues providing a flat and durable base for your router plate.

AUKTools Template Trim Router Bit

The Template Trim Router Cutter is a 1/4" shank, 12.7mm wide, two-flute trimming cutter with the guide bearing mounted on the cutter shank.

Please note: The Template Trim Router Cutter is not designed for plunging into the workpiece. We recommend using a suitable router cutter to remove most of the waste and finish with the trim cutter.
