The AUKTools Router Table Spline Jig makes it simple to reinforce mitred joints while introducing an attractive decorative feature. Whether you're building picture frames, keepsake boxes or fine furniture, accurately positioned splines increase the glue surface and improve long-term joint strength.

The jig holds workpieces at 45° and can also be used for a variety of workshop drilling and machining applications where secure angled positioning is required.

Accurate, Repeatable Results

Designed for use on router tables, the jig allows you to cut consistent spline slots or dovetail keyways with confidence. Its secure clamping system accommodates workpieces from 6mm to 42mm thick.

The separate left- and right-hand work holders accommodate timber from 15mm wide, with maximum width limited by your router table, making the jig suitable for everything from small frames to larger cabinet components.

Stable Support Where It Matters

The low-profile design keeps the workpiece almost in contact with the machine table, with approximately 1mm of ground clearance. With no metal components positioned above the router cutter, the design helps reduce the chance of accidental contact with the cutting tool, while maximum workpiece support helps produce clean, accurate cuts.

Built for Workshop Use

Precision CNC-machined from aluminium alloy and finished with a durable anodised coating, the jig is designed to withstand regular workshop use while maintaining accuracy. It can be adjusted manually using the supplied Allen wrench or more quickly with a hand drill and hex bit.
