Mast-R-Lift Excel II

The ultimate in quality router systems for the discerning customer looking for excellent durability and precision without the use of an additional router plate. The 19mm solid phenolic top will not deform and is impenetrable to moisture, thus preventing swelling, rusting and other water damage. The sidewinder carriage wheel provides convenient height adjustment whilst not interfering with the fence mechanism, feather boards or workpiece. The slick, low-profile lift design allows easy router cutter changing from above the table eliminating the need for any under-table adjustments.

JessEm's tab-loc insert rings lock directly into the aluminium mounting assembly, and these excellent rings are easily changed with a single turn of the two pronged insert wrench. The flush fitting, anodised aluminium T-slot/miter track features a 1/4" slot for bolts and also a 3/4" slot for multiple accessories, including the JessEm paralign feather boards, INCRA's Miter Gauges or other sliders. The anodised aluminium not only looks great but also offers excellent corrosion and wear resistance.

This substantial lift features a very high level of accuracy, and with the optional digital readout, immense precision can be achieved - to 1/50th mm. The responsive dual gearbox's smooth action via the aluminium hand wheel provides very positive feedback. One revolution of the hand wheel raises the lift by 3mm which can be advanced and locked off at any desired height using the built-in CAM Lock. The CAM Lock eliminates backlash or settling whilst routing ensuring complete user confidence in the height setup.

Mast-R-Fence III

JessEm is proud to introduce the brand new Mast-R-Fence III. Made 100% in their Canadian manufacturing facility, they have just set the bar even higher for what a standard router table fence should be. The New Mast-R-Fence III is extremely functional while adding that aesthetic look woodworkers want to have in their shops.

JessEm started the design using a red phenolic base for a solid platform but also giving us that 100% flat surface every woodworker wants. They precision machined the 6061 aluminium extrusion and finished the parts with a black anodised finish. Instead of the plastic 'high boy' knobs seen on all other fences, they went one step further and machined the 'high boy' knobs out of 6061 aluminium. The entire fence is constructed using stainless steel hardware and other components to give it that beautiful look that will last a lifetime.

To make this fence stand out amongst the rest, they went with Maple sub-fences that are cut, machined and laser engraved in their woodshop. The sub-fence faces can be adjusted tool-free with convenient locking knobs on the backside of the fence. The dust port fitting is designed with an inside diameter that accepts a 2-1/4" diameter vacuum hose fitting and outside diameter that accepts a 2-1/2" vacuum hose fitting. Included with the fence is their unique fence face shimming bars. These bars are laser engraved with one side designed to offset the fence face 0.79mm (1/32") and the other 1.58mm (1/16"). When not in use they conveniently store on the backside in the shimming bar holder.

AUKTools Router Table Stand

The AUKTools heavy-duty router table stand features a rigid powder-coated steel construction for long-term workshop durability. Anti-slip, non-marking feet are height adjustable for levelling on uneven workshop floors.
