Consistent Rounded Corners and Chamfers

The Milescraft CornerCut provides a quick, repeatable way to create accurately rounded corners and 45° chamfers without having to shape and sand each corner by hand. With eight profiles available from one compact jig, it is ideal for furniture, cabinetry, shelving and other woodworking projects where consistent corner profiles are important.

Eight Corner Profiles

Create five corner radiuses measuring 6mm, 13mm, 25mm, 38mm and 50mm, plus three 45° chamfers measuring 13mm, 25mm and 50mm. The flip-and-mount templates store directly on the jig, keeping the complete set together while allowing quick changes between profiles.

Handheld Router or Router Table

The CornerCut can be used with trim, compact and full-size handheld routers as well as router tables. For handheld routing, remove the handle, clamp the jig to the workpiece and follow the template using the top bearing of the router bit. For router table work, fit the handle for greater control and follow the template using the bottom bearing.

Secure, Controlled Routing

Adjustable edge guides can be positioned to suit narrower or wider workpieces, helping maintain good contact and control. Rubber pads on the base provide additional grip to help prevent movement during routing, while the large removable handle provides greater control when working at the router table.

Dual-Bearing Router Bit Included

A 12.7mm dual-bearing flush trim router bit is included, allowing the CornerCut to be used for both handheld and router table applications.
