Splined mitre joints not only create an attractive feature but also significantly reinforce mitred corners. Whether you're building jewellery boxes, keepsake boxes, cabinets or picture frames, the Rockler Deluxe Spline Jig delivers accurate, repeatable spline cuts with exceptional control.
One Jig for Two Machines
The adjustable design allows the jig to be used on both table saws and router tables. It is compatible with standard 19 × 9.5mm (3/4" × 3/8") mitre slots positioned 108–194mm (4-1/4"–7-5/8") from the centre of the cut.
Greater Creative Freedom
Use V-groove, dovetail or other router cutters to create decorative inlays, or tilt the table saw blade to produce angled splines. Adjustable fences make it easy to produce identical cuts.
Built for Accuracy
A glass-reinforced body with internal steel support plates provides rigidity, while the precision aluminium mitre bar features adjustable expansion blocks for a smooth, play-free fit. Replaceable MDF zero-clearance inserts help minimise tear-out.
Safe and Easy to Use
The included mitre stop prevents over-travel beyond the cutter, while the clear cutter guard helps keep hands safely away from the blade or router bit.
