Description

Designed to Replace Shop-Made Jigs

The Woodpeckers Joinery Sled is designed to reduce the need for dedicated shop-made jigs by providing a highly adjustable platform for accurate joinery work across a wide range of applications.

Works on Both Table Saws and Router Tables

Unlike many joinery jigs designed for a single machine, the Joinery Sled is equally at home on a table saw or router table, allowing the same setup flexibility across multiple workshop operations.

Wide Adjustment Range

The base plate provides 5-1/2" of adjustment to suit a wide variety of machines, while the two-piece adjustable upper base adds a further 3-1/2" of travel. Integrated levelling feet help maintain stability and alignment throughout the full adjustment range.

Precision Micro-Adjustment

A bearing-guided micro-adjustment system allows extremely fine positioning changes with smooth fingertip control. Four bearings maintain alignment of the adjustable base while the lead screw advances the work table in small, repeatable increments.

Adjustable Angle Capability

The clamping table mounts to an adjustable quadrant, allowing locking angles from 44° to 91°. This flexibility supports angled joinery tasks that are difficult or unsafe using conventional sleds or gauges.

Flexible Clamping and Fence Positioning

Three integrated track-clamp grooves provide multiple options for positioning fences and securing workpieces. The fence can mount at either end of the table and adjust to a wide range of angles.

Supports Multiple Clamping Methods

The included pivot clamps provide quick workholding, while the track-clamp grooves also accept standard track clamps for thicker stock and repetitive operations.

Sacrificial Fence Support

A replaceable sacrificial fence face supports the workpiece as the blade or cutter exits the material, helping minimise breakout and improve cut quality.

Workshop Storage Included

A wall-mountable Rack-It keeps the Joinery Sled visible, organised and ready for use.
